This recipe is so quick and easy even my husband could make it! And that’s saying a lot 😉
Ingredients
1lb ground pork sausage
1 T minced garlic
2 cans crushed tomatoes
16 oz chicken broth
1 package frozen cheese tortellini
5 large bok choy leaves chopped
1 c sour cream
1 T basil (fresh is better)
Salt to taste
Set instapot to “sautee”. Brown the sausage with the garlic. Add all other ingredients except salt. Always salt things after they have cooked. Repalce lid and set to “soup”. When done press the pressure release button. Top with additional sour cream or parmesan.
