Sweet Potato Tacos


Who doesn’t like tacos?!? This is a healthy alternative to the traditional taco, packed full of vitamins! It turns a taco into a superfood!!🙌🏻


Ingredients

Ground turkey (you can leave this off to make vegetarian)

Sweet potatoes

1/2 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning

Black beans rinsed

Chopped tomatoes

Sliced avocado

Goat cheese crumbles


Brown your turkey and add seasoning. If you are leaving this off, add the seasoning to your beans instead.

Prick sweet potatoes and microwave about 6 minutes.

Top sweet potatoes with All ingredients. Enjoy!!! Easy right?😄🙌🏻
