These are super easy little fun Halloween treats that the kids can help make! I will be honest...I didn’t measure anything for this treat. I just mixed everything together and hoped for the best!😂. That‘s why these are great for a bake with mom (or dad) treat. There’s really no measuring and no oven involved.
Ingredients
Chocolate sandwich cookies
Cream cheese
Nestle’s dark chocolate morsels
Nestle’s white chocolate morsels
Orange food coloring
Green candies (we used skittles)
Crush cookies into small chunks. You can crush really fine if you don’t want them to be crunchy but I prefer the crunchy texture. Mix with approximately equal parts cream cheese and melted dark chocolate. Form into balls and lay on parchment or wax paper.
Melt white chocolate and add food coloring. Mix well. Dip balls using a toothpick to coat. Place back onto parchment paper and top with candy. Refrigerate.
*Tip: watch your melting time with white chocolate. Because of the high milk content it scorches easily.
Enjoy!! 🎃
